As I’ve said before, an all white ensemble is so in right now. Not only is it in style but it will make anyone glow and look like a goddess. I’ve learned that wearing all white is a great way to stand out in a crowd and look beautiful.

Graphic black and white dresses were seen everyone on the red carpet of Vogue’s Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum. The red carpet often imitates what’s in style for the season and this trend is so Spring 2014. Hop on to the B&W train as it’s simple, classic and if you want to add a pop of a color, you won’t have to worry about clashing.

Valentino’s “Rockstud” shoe collection has been springing on blogger and celebrities’ feet for the last year. I love anything with studs because they reek of sass. These shoes have made the punk influenced stud look so chic. They often sell out so Valentino has continuously added more variations in colors, patterns and heights.

Read to splurge? Find them at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman. If your pocketbook is telling you no, find a similar budget-conscious option here: Lulu’s.

Coachella: Colored Reflective Sunnies

Celebs and fashion bloggers alike have been sporting colored mirror sunglasses because they give a fun edge to a summery outfit. The metallic shimmer makes this accessory almost look like another piece of jewelry. These sunnies can match your outfit or can be mix matched within a color scheme. They’re also great for taking selfies.

Gladiator sandals have been in style since 2008 but they’ve mostly been seen as ankle sandals. I’m excited to see this greek inspired trend has been raised to new heights. This version of the gladiator could be seen all over the polo field and will be hot this summer. A great way to pull them off is to juxtapose these fierce sandals with a feminine dress.

Mary-Kate Olsen first dawned these sandals in 2007 as she’s always ahead of the curve. If you ever want to know what fashions will be popular, follow Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s style. They’re usually a few years ahead of us mugels.

Flume played this What So Not song during his Coachella set. If you dig it, check out their soundcloud for a free download of the song.

Coachella - Fruttare Hangout - Day 1

Printed Outfit

Printed two pieces were everywhere at the Coachella Music Festival and surrounding pool parties. Crop tops, a nod to the 90s, have been bared the last couple of years and matching them with your shorts or skirts are a way to take them to the next level.

Poolside performed at Coachella and their music fits perfectly with the laid back, sun drenched days of the festival.

White Two Piece

Nothing beats the heat like wearing head to toe white. Afraid to get your whites dirty? Try one white piece to keep it fresh. The fashion-forward men opted for white shirts with printed bottoms.

The men really stepped up their fashion game this year. Check out this New York Times article about men’s ‘chella fashion.
